Because of this, we have worked with many of our clients time and time again, getting to know them and their personal needs over a long time so that we can provide exactly what they want. Furthermore, we are a small company and thus like to concentrate on the quality of the experiences, rather than trying to take on too many contracts and providing a generic, general approach like many larger companies. Time passes quickly for everyone, including us at Terra Consultoría. In 2012 we made a video with caricatures of ourselves, talking about how we had donated food to a food bank as a Christmas gift. Watching the video back recently, we were reminded of just how much each of us and the world in general has changed over the past 6 years. Despite that, there are still people in the world who need our help. For this reason, we decided that we would re-post the video, to remind everyone that although helping people around Christmas time is a lovely thing to do, there are people that need our help all year round. Any help that you can give, to any person in need, at any time, will always be appreciated. El tiempo pasa para todos y para los que formamos parte de Terra Consultoría, también. En 2012 nos hicieron unas caricaturas para nuestro regalo de navidad que en ese año se trataba de hacer nuestra donación al Banco de alimentos de Madrid. Ahora vemos el video y nos damos cuenta de cómo hemos cambiado cada uno de nosotros pero lo que no cambia, desgraciadamente, es que sigue habiendo mucha necesidad de ayuda. Así que desde aquí queremos recordar que la ayuda en navidad está muy bien pero que el hambre está presente todos los días del año. Toda ayuda en cualquier momento es buena.

There are so many bad managers out there that let power go to their heads and believe that because they are the manager, they can do what they please. However, a good manager will earn their employees respect, not expect it. Ask, don´t tell When you would like someone to do something, ask them, don´t tell them. Many people are much happier for it to seem like they´re doing you a favour, than to be told what to do, it´s basic psychology.
